Dear Charles
I am a parent who requested a Due Process Hearing, Hearing that was not held in a timely mannor. The decision recorded incorrect, false and misleading data. Do I have a right to state verbally or written my stance on what I believe to be the truth. Actually I believe I have evidence to prove the correct information. My child will graduate this spring. I have been afraid of retaliation and was told if I appeal I may be sued for a frivolous case. I also believe in Justice and can't seem to go on until the truth is told. I have written you in the past and you did print my letter. Please keep my name confidential Thank-You Mary Burger May, 7.2009
