Winkelman Case Decided for Parent

The Winkelman case was decided 7-2 in favor of parents. So parents will be able to represent their children in court.  Details and analysis to follow. It is a great feeling to win and by such a wide margin !

While I appreciate the value of the Winkelman case, my family has had nothing but positive experiences with the regional center in Orange County. It appears Ms. Cabrera's editor has been on an extended vacation and has not noticed her pushing some kind of agenda.
